Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook Raisins with water and cinnamon stick for 10 minutes. Discard cinnamon stick and puree the Raisins with the water in a blender or food processor. Mix well into the Oats. In another bowl, whisk wet ingredients together until emulsified. Add flour and Sunflower Seeds to Oat mixture, then add oil and Maple Syrup, working it through carefully. Shape into cookies with two spoons, place on oiled cookie sheet, and bake for 25 minutes, turning once after 15 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
