Trail Mix
- 1 cup roasted, unsalted Peanuts
- 1 cup raw Almonds, unblanched
- ½ cup raw Cashew Pieces
- ½ cup Dried Coconut Chips
- 1 cup Raisins
- ½ cup Dried Pineapple Chunks
- ½ cup Dried Apple Slices
- ½ cup Date Pieces
Mix all the ingredients together and store in a tightly closed container. Refrigerate if keeping for an extended period of time. Makes 5 ½ cups.
