- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup safflower oil
Put the egg, seasonings, vinegar, lemon juice, and ¼ cup of safflower oil into blender container, cover and process at high setting until thickened. Remove feeder cap and gradually pour in the remaining oil. Use rubber spatula if necessary to keep ingredients flowing to the processing blades. Yields 1¼ cups.
