Fruit and Nut Balls
- 1 cup Dried Figs
- ½ cup Dried Pears
- ¼ cup Dried Prunes
- ¼ cup Dried Apricots
- ½ cup Seedless Raisins
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
- 1 teaspoon or more lemon juice
- ½ cup or more Walnuts, finely chopped
Put Nuts aside. Grind Dried Fruits with fine blade in food chopper. Add rind and juice and mix well. Form into one-inch balls and roll in Walnuts.
