- 2 cups cooked Pinto Beans
- ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ⅛ teaspoon cumin
- Pinch garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon tamari (optional)
- 2 tablespoons finely minced red onion or slivered green onion
Blend all ingredients except onions in a blender until smooth. Stir in the onion and place the mixture in a serving bowl.
