Bean Dip

Bean Dip
  • 2 cups cooked Pinto Beans
  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon cumin
  • Pinch garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon tamari (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced red onion or slivered green onion

Blend all ingredients except onions in a blender until smooth. Stir in the onion and place the mixture in a serving bowl.
